I placed an order for a dress in the first week of December. It is now the second week of January and I still do not have the dress. We have gotten everything from 'it is stuck in customs' to 'call your post office'. They gave us a tracking number but the USPS shows they never got the package. It was supposedly sent out on Dec 12! THIS COMPANY IS NOT AN COMPANY THAT I WILL DEAL WITH AGAIN!

This company sucks. I ordered expedited shipment and still haven't received my order. The number they have for customer service stay with a busy signal. They also stated that my order was shipped out online. And they also had the longest ridiculous tracking number. When I called to track my package the postal office told me that number wasn't right it's to long. I tried reaching out to dresslilly on that live chat and it was a waste of time. They are never online complete scam I'm going to give them one more week just to see if my package will arrive if not. I will most definitely call my bank and get my money Reimbursed. I'm not playing with this company it doesn't make since on how they play with people money. I wish I would have checked the reviews first before I ordered.( PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY)and I noticed it's to many bad reviews. If you see any good reviews on here don't trust that they think they slick its coming from them

Please don't even bother ordering from them, you would be so disappointed with the quality and sizing. The items look nothing like the pictures honestly.

I just got these last week. The black one was supposed to be about a size 18. It was about a size 6. The gold one, who the heck knows what that thing is! The top fits a 42 G and the bottom a size 10-12.

Extremely small. These clothes are coming directly from China. I wouldn't bother ordering from them at all, but if you do, don't figure on sending the items back if they don't fit. It would cost more than you paid for the clothes, to send them back.

Stay VERY far from this company! All they sell is absolute garbage! You will NOT be happy and will NOT be able to return the garbage to them period. Well you can return it but it would cost more than the garbage you bought. Hope this helps!

I you want to buy anything from this company, DON'T. This company takes your money and you get nothing in return. This company is a scam. So glad you read reviews before buying anything from any company. Dresslily and zulilly are the same company, avoid this company at all costs. Go buy from your local store for shoes, you will be happy you did.

Please help me, I bought a dress from lily Gown, it took ages to arrive and when it did, oh my its utterly horrendous. Doesn't look anything like the dress in the images. I have tried connecting them to get a refund and they won't answer. It was £195. Please how can I get my money back

While I have not ordered from this site yet, my sister has. This site is not as bad as people say, but there are a few things about it you need to take in to account when ordering. One, is that these items come from China, so unless it says priority shipping on the item (It looks like a little lightning bolt in a circle on each item.), it could take a month or better to get it. Two, is that these items coming from China, are subject to customs, so if for whatever reason you don't get your item, this could be why. I can't speak for returns, as my sister got the item she ordered a little over a month after ordering. Just keep in mind those two things, and that will take a bit of the mix ups off this site. Remember to pay attention to the shipping, and size information too, as a lot of the stuff is Asian sizing.
